Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and you must have a proof of purchase (in the form of an e-receipt or Salon Lane Invoice).
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
In the event that the product is unsafe for use, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose, you can return it and receive your choice of a refund or exchange.
If the product is cracked or damaged upon receipt, we will provide you with your choice of a refund or exchange.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, Salon Lane may choose to not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Member Purchases
Please bring your item to our concierge for inspection.
If the item is eligible for return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Client Purchases
If your client has made a product purchase from our Retail Shop and would like to return it, please email orders@salonlane.com.au with the following information:
- Purchase Date (Must be within 14 days)
- Client’s Name
- Client’s contact number
- Reason for return
If the item is eligible for return or exchange, our Retail Team will be in touch with your client to organise the return of the product.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
